We provide custom tubing services for aerospace and industrial applications — including bending, cutting, flaring, and pressure verification. Every assembly is sized and configured to your specification.
Our tubing work covers bent configurations, straight cut-to-length, 37° flared ends, and flareless fittings. Compatible materials include stainless steel, aluminum, and DFARS-compliant alloys sourced from our vetted supply chain.
All tubing assemblies are proof-pressure tested on site before delivery. We do not ship unverified assemblies. Documentation is available for each assembly through AeroTrack.
We work with 316 SS, 304 SS, 6061 aluminum, and DFARS-compliant bar and tubing stock — sourced through Northern Stainless and other qualified distributors. Cryogenic-compatible configurations are available.
